These Terms and Conditions govern your use of HomeCareWales.co.uk and the services we provide. By using our website or purchasing job advertising services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

HomeCareWales.co.uk provides job advertising services for care providers across Wales.

Our services include:

  • Posting job listings on HomeCareWales.co.uk on behalf of employers
  • Promoting vacancies through digital channels such as social media and job aggregators
  • Forwarding applications directly to the employer’s chosen email address
  • Providing optional upgrades such as featured listings or boosted visibility

We do not undertake recruitment activities. We do not interview or vet candidates.

2. Posting Vacancies

  • Employers provide the job details, and we manually post listings on their behalf.
  • Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information they supply.
  • Listings will remain live for the duration of the agreed advertising period.
  • We may decline to publish a listing if it breaches employment or advertising standards.

3. Payments and Fees

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or through the payment link provided on invoices.
  • All payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • No VAT is charged.
  • Interest may be applied to overdue invoices at 8 percent plus the Bank of England base rate for invoices not paid within 30 days.

Advertising will not begin until payment has been received unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Employers may cancel future advertising by providing at least 2 weeks’ notice via email to hello@homecarewales.co.uk.
  • Once a listing has gone live, refunds cannot be issued for that advertising period.
  • If the employer has purchased a guaranteed hire package, the guarantee applies only to the specific terms stated at the point of purchase.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful job descriptions
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law
  • Respond promptly to applicants
  • Inform us of any inaccuracies or necessary updates
  • Treat candidate data in accordance with GDPR
  • Avoid discrimination in job adverts or hiring practices

HomeCareWales.co.uk is not responsible for the content of employer job postings.

6. Candidate Information

Job listings published on HomeCareWales.co.uk may link to third-party recruitment platforms, including Indeed, where candidates submit their applications.

Where employers provide A&S Digital Ltd with authorised access to their recruitment platforms, we may view and process candidate application information for the purpose of:

  • Managing and supporting recruitment campaigns
  • Monitoring and organising application responses
  • Pre-screening applications against role requirements where agreed
  • Contacting candidates about other relevant care roles advertised on HomeCareWales.co.uk

Candidate information will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the relevant third-party platform’s terms, and UK GDPR. Candidates may opt out of further contact at any time.

Employers remain the data controller for applications submitted via their recruitment platforms and are fully responsible for compliance with data protection laws. A&S Digital Ltd acts as a data processor only where authorised access is provided.

Access to candidate information does not create an employment relationship or a recruitment agency relationship between A&S Digital Ltd, the candidate, or the employer.

7. Limitation of Liability

A&S Digital Ltd is not liable for:

  • The performance or quality of applicants
  • The outcome of recruitment processes
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from downtime, technical issues, or incomplete applications
  • Actions taken by employers or applicants using our website

Our liability is limited to the cost of the advertising package purchased.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, design, and branding on HomeCareWales.co.uk remain the property of A&S Digital Ltd.
  • Employers own the job information they provide, but we retain the right to display and promote listings during the advertising period.
  • Any templates, processes, or promotional materials we use remain our property.

9. Website Use

Users must not:

  • Attempt to extract or scrape data
  • Upload unlawful or inappropriate content
  • Use the site for any purpose other than applying for roles or requesting advertising
  • Interfere with website functionality or security

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

A&S Digital Ltd may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Revised terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
